Program
Second edition "Great Festivity of the Bread"
from the 15.05.08 to the 18.05.08



1° day: 15.05.08 thursdays

10,30 hours opening of the manifestation near the amphitheater, cut of the tape, salute of the authorities and presentation of the event.
Beginning covered in the village with visit to the traditional furnaces, visits to stands gastronomici and the relative tastings.

Visit near the convent of Dominican to the area the extensions:
- Extension fotografica"Il bread is told";
- Extension of contemporary art "Not only bread - between archaic and technological" video-installations of Antonia Giuse It is healed.
- Extension exposure "the breads of Italy", the several Italian bread productions from the adherent cities to the association "the cities of the bread";
- Extension of the Votivi Breads: "From the Sicily, the breads use you during the religious manifestations";
- Extension to the bread sculptures realized from Ottavio and Teresa Giannatempo, run presentation of "1° of school of bread sculptures";

Didactic moments us for the children of the elementary and medium schools it dedicates you to the bread. It cures to you from the Dott.ssa Giuberti teaching Mirella of sciences of the feeding near the Hotel Institute of Ferrara;
Visit to stands "Breads of Europe": two schools to comparison, estro French (of the Meilleur Ouvrier de France) Joseph Dorffer di Strassburgo and the school of bakery of Barcelona of professor the Josep Pascual Aguilera;

Hours 16,00-19,00: School of Sculptures in Bread, to cure of the spouses Ottavia and Teresa Giannatempo.
20,30 hours Exhibition folkloristic group.
Gastronomici assays, visit to the ignited furnaces, exhibitions of several the coming from masters fornai from several Italian regions and the foreign country.
Naturally during the visit it will be able to be made shopping of typical products, of prepared breads and other near the stands.

2° day: 16.05.08 fridays

Hours 09,00 - 18.00: 2° and 3° module of the Sensory Course of Analysis of the Traditional Bread."
Hours 10.30: opening stands gastronomici and espositi to you.
Didactic moments us for the children of the elementary schools:
"From the chicco to the furnace", as the good bread round loaf is born to cure of the Dott.ssa Giuberti Mirella.
Visit at several the cultural moments of the manifestation, to the exposures, the extensions like from indications and identifying.
During the day the masters bakers of France and Spain esibiranno in formative and demonstrative performances of their art of panificatori.
During the distance the visit to the manifestation will be cheered from ethnic musics from folkloristic groups, gastronomiche tastings.
Hours 15,00-18,00: School of Sculptures in Bread, to cure of the spouses Ottavia and Teresa Giannatempo.
20,30 hours Exhibition folkloristic group.

Hours 09,00 - 18.00: 4° and 5° module of the Sensory Course of Analysis of the Traditional Bread."
Hours 10.30: opening stands gastronomici and espositi to you.
Visit to the furnaces ignited along the distance of the festivity.
Didactic moments us for the children of the elementary schools: "From the chicco to the furnace", as the good bread round loaf is born to cure of the Dott.ssa Giuberti Mirella.
Visit at several the cultural moments of the manifestation, to the exposures, the extensions like from indications and identifying.
Hours 11,00-14,00: School of Sculptures in Bread, to cure of the spouses Ottavia and Teresa Giannatempo.
16,30 Hours Convention: "the bread is... tradition: The quality like net on the territory in order to attract the tourists of the taste ".
Present: Paul Massobrio (enogastronomico Journalist President Bow tie), moderator Maurizio Pescari (enogastronomico journalist) will be present for a salute the mayors of the countries calabrians traditional bread producers of quality.

10,00 hours opening stands gastronomici and espositi to you.
Visit to the furnaces ignited along the distance of the festivity.
10,30 hours Messa Saint and blessing of breads in the Dome of Saint Maria of the Consolation.
16,00 hours premiazione and delivery attest to you
- Delivery attests you of participation to according to sensory course of analysis;
- Delivery attests you of participation to the first course for bread sculptures;
- Premiazione Competition Telling the Bread;
- Premiazione Competition the Colors of the Bread;
- Premiazione Competition the Shapes of the Bread;
